Now in its 36th year, the Virginia-Highland Summerfest is located in the heart of Atlanta and draws a sophisticated shopper interested in original art in a wide variety of media. This juried artist market features artwork from 200 of the best artists in the southeast region and beyond. Summerfest is a cherished two-day event which takes place in June along tree-lined Virginia Avenue, in the heart of the historic and charming Virginia-Highland neighborhood. Summerfest enjoys an educated audience and last year 100,000 attended Atlanta's favorite neighborhood arts festival. This event is heavily promoted in local radio, print and social media.

Summerfest is also featuring a non-juried Makers' Market which will include items such as soaps, lotions, candles, pet items and delicious consumables such as gourmet nuts, chocolate, jams and honey to name a few. These vendors will not be allowed to sell t-shirts, clothing, crafts of any kind or home objects such as furniture or decorative objects, drinks, non-packaged food or toys.
