Join us for a weekend of empowerment, fun, and total transformation. Get ready for amazing concerts from some of your favorite R&B, Inspirational, Jazz & Gospel Artist. There will be workshops and seminars presented by top agencies with a wealth of networking opportunities. The festival is fun for the entire family and offers a wide variety of programs from morning till evening with closing concerts each night. This year marks the passage of the 11th year we prepare to celebrate this 2 day 10th annual festival at the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel in Downtown Atlanta Georgia August 5th & 6th, 2016.

In 2015 our health and wellness pavilion is presented by United Health Care, WALGREENS and a host of diverse health care providers and this year we plan to present another community engaging forum for all to attend. There will be blood pressure screenings cooking and fitness demonstration with tips on nutrition presented by top agencies in health care. American Prestige Care to receive a complimentary wellness sample kits, Gluco Meters and more. Health & Wellness is our priority.... but we want you to be financially fit as we present Be the Captian of your success / Failure is not an option but a change of course Mens Empowerment Workshop. Other program events include: Moving Forward Youth Summit, presented by the Boys & Girls Clubs of North Central Georgia The Glass Ceiling The Process, The Journey, The Solution Womens Workshop Back to the Basics Choir Showcase and closing Night of Excellence Black Tie Awards Gala Dinner & Concert Our mission is to empower our community, elevate the importance of health care & financial stability in todays ever changing world of diversity.

This event is produced and facilitated by the Leading Womens Repertory Theatre/ a nonprofit organization under the direction of Dr. RIKI BROOKS who is the CEO/Festival Administrator for the past 10 years. Dr. Brooks has received numerous awards and commendations from the City of Atlanta and prides herself on bringing quality events into the city metropolitan area. Admissions to the general festival events are free, while some tickets will be sold for admission to the special workshops, concerts, black tie reception and awards banquet.
