Every year Martin organizes a fall festival on the last Saturday of October. Celebrations include live music, food vendors, locally made arts and crafts, and other commercial vendors. The festival is staged along the main road stretching out for about a quarter mile.

Martin residents celebrate the Christmas season in a likewise grand fashion, with a beautiful light display extending for half a mile along the town's main road.
