Held on Jekyll Island, the Shrimp & Grits: Wild Georgia Shrimp Festival has been a staple foodie fest in the Southeast since its inception years ago.

For the celebration, the festival has upped the ante, adding several entertaining elements to compliment the great dishes served by competitors and vendors.

This year, alongside the famed shrimp and grits recipes, guests can enjoy the Southern Living: Concert in the Round event on the pier, as well as try a few new brews at the annual Craft Beer Fest.

Throughout the festival, the theme is simple: taste, sip, enjoy, repeat.
