History

August 7, 2010 we will hold the 13th Athens Area Maternity and Baby Fair.

The Athens Area Maternity and Baby Fair began in 1997 by the Community Breastfeeding Coalition at Clarke County Health Department. In 1998, the Community Breastfeeding Coalition collaborated with Athens Regional Medical Center, Public Health and St Mary’s Health Care System to hold the first Fair at the Classic Center. Each year the event has grown and has continued to be a great success. 2009 attendance was estimated at 1200.

Many community organizations and businesses help support this event every year. If you are an interested business or organization refer to the Exhibitor page to find out how you can participate in this years event. You can exhibit, donate a Silent Auction item, sponsor, advertise, contribute your services, etc.
