| Description: | The Dublin-Laurens St. Patrickâs Festival will celebrate its 45th year in March 2010. This year, the 35th Arts & Crafts Show will be a one day event held on Saturday, March 20th from 9:00am â 6:00pm. We invite you to complete a vendor application. Historic Stubbs Park remains the host of the Arts & Crafts Show with an annual attendance of roughly 10,000 for a 2-day show. Last year that number was almost reached on Saturday alone. Temporary fencing with two entrance gates controls the crowds and this year exit gates are being added. Admission is $5.00 per person with children 6 & under admitted free. Security by off-duty police officers will be provided from Friday at 5:00pm until Saturday at 8:00pm. The St. Patrickâs Arts & Crafts Show is a juried event. In our efforts to provide a quality artisanâs show, vendors will be closely monitored. The chairman & committee reserve the right to ask vendors to remove any and all items not submitted on the application and/or prior approved. There are 3 setup zones: Arts & Crafts, Food and Luckyâs Kiddie Land. Please specify which zone would best suit your needs for consideration. There are 120 - 130 booths available. Committee selection will be based on the artisanâs style and quality of work as well as presentation. Approval of retail merchandise will be limited to unusual items. A minimum of 3 photos must accompany applications â no exception. These photos must show front of booth, merchandise display and booth signage. To enter, please complete the enclosed application, jury check sheet, signed vendor agreement and return along with your photos, copy of liability insurance and check before January 8, 2010. The jury committeeâs decision will be mailed to you no later than February 12, 2010. If denied, your check will be mailed back to you.
